Personal Training with a difference. We will test your body alignment, strength, power and reaction time using the latest electronic equipment. Your program is then structured on the findings as well as on your individual goals. Our approach is down to earth back to basics training. We train with free weights, kettlebells, static contraction, sandbags, hammers and of course your own body weight. Programs range from fat loss to increasing speed, power, strength and nutrition.
